- O u t c r o w d C o l l e c t i v e - are a collection of visual mavericks born out of an intuitive obsession to create. Founded and compiled in 2004 by artists Simon Peplow & Lawrence Roper; the family comprises of friends, skateboarders, graphic artists, illustrators, designers, photographers, knitters & lurkers.
